Dallas Video Production and Graphic Design?
Shortly after finishing college he plans to move to the Dallas-Fort Worth / and I will have a degree in video production and graphic design. Here are some things I want to know: 1. Does Dallas / Fort Worth has a market great work and the industry in my two fields? 2. "I can easily move around in my two fields in the DFW area? 3. Is the DFW area support for the arts like cinema / Video, music and Artist?
I can only speak for my 15 years in Advertising / dissemination of products with a minor in graphics. Minneapolis, possibly a comparable market share (my exp). If you go through life adv, is entering a production house as a PA or entry-level trafficking. Traffic I do not know which is a fancy word for "mang project." It allows you to do unpleasant things, but still in the creative process, and look around and see where it would fit. If you start at a high-end pro-business customer service, you can talk big agency producers, creative and see what is attractive. Glad you are doing is keeping up with graphics – is a larger market the video and film. Good luck with your move. It is never too good to an internship, tenacity is the key!
